We provide snow removal services within 24 bylaw hours of any snowfall with an accumulation of 1 cm or more. Road conditions, weather, and snow volume may affect this timeline.

Seasonal Service

• Includes unlimited visits throughout the service period

• You are fully covered regardless of how often it snows

• Crews take before-and-after photos for quality control, which are date- and time- stamped in our system

• One-Time Clears: Completed within 24–48 bylaw hours from the time the order is placed online

• Road conditions, weather, and snow volume may affect this timeline

• Driveway pad

• If your driveway pad is located at the rear of your home, we will also clear the sidewalk leading to the driveway.

  Ice Melt Policy

  We do not supply ice melt, as it can damage concrete and landscaping, and many customers prefer to use their own products (pet-friendly, eco-friendly, etc.).

• Customers are responsible for providing their own ice melt

• If you would like us to apply your product, simply leave it on your front step. Our crews will apply it at no extra charge each time we clear snow

  Service Agreement – Terms & Conditions

• Below is a copy of the terms and conditions you accepted online prior to completing your order.

• 1. Service Confirmation Once the online order is completed, services are confirmed under these terms and conditions.

  2. Payment for Services All services are paid in advance via credit card, in accordance with national and international credit card rules and regulations.

  3. Termination of Agreement Customers may cancel within 10 days of completing the online order. Cancellations are subject to:

• 50% of the total seasonal amount and/or total charged amount

• Plus, a 10% administration fee

• Plus, GST

  If a chargeback is attempted, it will be disputed, and a $500 fee will be added to the original amount.

  4. Acceptance of Terms The person accepting this agreement confirms they are over 18 years of age, have full authority to accept these terms, and personally guarantee all conditions herein.

  5. Liability Helpful Guys Snow Removal Services, its agents, and affiliates accept no liability for accidents occurring on the customer’s property related to the work being performed. Likewise, the client accepts no liability for injuries sustained by our personnel while on the property.

  6. Service Concerns and Reviews If you are not satisfied with our service at any time, you agree to notify us so we may review and correct any issue within our control. We ask that any public review be truthful, factual, and accurate. False, defamatory, or misleading public statements that cause harm to our company may result in legal action, including recovery of damages and legal costs.

  7. Disclaimer Helpful Guys Snow Removal Services is managed by L.C.M. Services, which is the name that appears on credit card statements. L.C.M. Services provides management services only and accepts no legal liability for Helpful Guys Snow Removal Services.
